The Ash Vessel operates on the principle of Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying System, i.e. a high pressure, dense material air mixture at a low velocity moving through the conveying pipe in separate batches or plugs. Dust-less, fully enclosed conveying system that is economical and environmentally sustainable. The Ash Vessel comprises one piece body with a top inlet aperture and horizontal inlet and outlet aperture for conveying material. Mounted on the top inlet is a specially designed OSME Engineering dome Valve. It has a controlled air supply for conveying the material.

These vessels can be combined in series comprising 2, 3 or 4 vessels with common conveying pipeline, thus resulting in low capital equipment cost without affecting the performance of the system. Uniquely designed specifically to handle multiple feed points below equipment such as ESPs and Baghouse. Multiple feed points can be arrangement on ONE PIPELINE with Ashveyor.
